This bulb duster kit is what I needed, for my diatomaceous earth which I would hand sprinkle or use a dustpan and feather to dust areas with insect invasions which is quite messy and dustier than with a controlled tool. The build duster comes with a removable base so you can refill it as often as you need with a provided funnel and a scoop to put in a few scoops to fill. Blub duster comes with a handy storage bag, but it is not labeled well so you can relabel it with a fabric marker or keep it with your diatomaceous earth bag in a bin or bucket for easy identification of what it is for in the future. The bulb duster comes with a built-in cap to close when you are done using it, so nothing goes to waste and you can use the rest later.
Dust the insect DE around the home, gardens, indoor plants, and the perimeter without wasting too much product and create less dust than by doing by hand without tools. Keep the bulb stored away from children and or dump any remaining DE back into the original bag until the next use. Small children may be curious and pump this in their face or another child's face not knowing the consequences and could pose a choking hazard.
The tool does exactly what it needs to do. Though it is small, a little goes a long way, unless you are working on larger areas. DE is not included and is sold separately.

I live in Florida, probably the buggiest place on earth. DE is one of the best controls indoors and out. The only problem with it is that it is a super-fine powder and hard to spread around evenly. This little duster makes the job simple. I've used it to get DE behind and under my washer and dryer where bugs like to congregate. The duster puts down a very fine layer of DE, which is really all you need.

This duster is just perfect for spreading diatomaceous earth on just about anything. I had a larger, different one that was clumsy and didnt work half the time...It had a pump lever that was difficult to manipulate and the powder would spray out in huge clumps. Very annoying to say the least, but it was all I had at the time. This duster is easy to fill (they include a handy silicone funnel that folds flat when not in use) and seals up nicely when full, so it's not spilling out where you don't want it. But the best part is that the spray is easy to control by squeezing the bulb...there is nothing to pump, so the powder goes where I want it. Diatomaceous earth also works extremely well to get rid of bedbugs and this little duster would work well inside your home as well as outside. If you use diatomaceous earth in your garden or on your flowers to control the pests (works really well on earwigs), I highly recommend this duster. A nice little bonus included is the drawstring bag to store everything in.
